Dr. Troast had been practicing pediatrics in Lee County since 1987 when he moved here with his family from New Jersey. He lives with his wife, who is a family physician, and their twin teenage daughters. He has five grown daughters. Dr. Troast has been involved with Little League softball for nearly 20 years. He enjoys reading, sailing, golf and volunteering in the community with Challenger baseball and youth athletics.
