There are few things as exciting as welcoming a new baby into the family. At Island Coast Pediatrics, we recognize that nothing is more rewarding than being given the privilege of helping you care for this new life. We offer a Prenatal Visit for expectant parents to allow the opportunity for you to meet one of our pediatricians before your child is born, see our offices, and ask any questions you may have before delivery.

Should you visit the pediatrician if your child is not sick? Regular well child visits are an important part of preventative care for children. That's why Island Coast Pediatrics schedules regular well child visits as your child grows and develops. During these visits, your pediatrician will track your child’s development, assure they are up-to-date on any vaccinations, and review the child’s growth and care. It's also a great opportunity to ask any questions you or your child may have.

When children are in need of medical care, but it's not quite time to make an appointment, Island Coast Pediatrics offers a reliable and convenient resource. Our Is Your Child Sick tool is designed to help families assess common health concerns at home and provides helpful information regarding possible home remedies. This is especially useful late at night or on weekends if your child is feeling under the weather and you're unsure what to do. While the online resource can be beneficial, rest assured knowing that our skilled pediatricians are always available via phone call if needed.
